Validity rules

• The offer is valid for selected Moby routes to Sardinia until September 30, 2024
• Subject to the availability of the places reserved for the Offer on the dates on which the Offer is available
• The discount is automatically applied to the deck passage price for an adult passenger per ticket (possible cabins or berths are subject to a charge), excluding taxes, surcharges and other costs
• At least one other paying adult or child (between 4 and 11 years old) must be in the
• Booking and travel must be included to receive the discount
• The discount is only available when booking tickets for Moby and Tirrenia
• The offer is only valid for tickets issued by name
• The discount applies to a new ticket, not a change ticket
• The offer is not valid retroactively
• If the paying adult or child cancels, the discount for the non-paying adult will automatically expire
• The tariff valid at the time of the change then applies and the current daily tariff must be paid
• If the ticket is canceled or changed, the discount expires automatically
• The discount can be combined with all special offers from Moby and Tirrenia
• The ticket is exchangeable and change fees will be charged in accordance with the general conditions of carriage
• If the ticket is canceled, 100% cancellation fees will apply for all included categories. This regulation automatically extends to all categories that are added in the same reservation process
• If staff discover irregularities in the reservation or incorrect information on the ticket when checking in, the discounted ticket will be canceled and a new ticket must be purchased at the current daily rate
