Validity rules

• Motorhomes, caravans, minibuses and trailers up to 7 m long can take part in the campaign
• The special tariff cannot be refunded, not even partially. In the event of cancellation, the costs paid for the vehicle booked at the special rate will be charged as cancellation costs
• Tickets can be changed (not for Elba). Any changes will incur change fees in addition to any price differences
• Offer is subject to seat availability (which may vary depending on date and route)
• Additional passengers, cars and cabins can be booked at normal fares
• Vehicles that exceed the length limit will be charged separately
• Special offers cannot be purchased directly in the port, but must be booked online via go-ferry.com
• The offer is not retroactive and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
• When taking advantage of a special promotion that requires a booking of a vehicle, the port staff will check whether this vehicle is actually available. If this is not the case, the difference to the normal rate must be paid
• If port staff notice any discrepancies between the booking and the people or vehicles boarding, they will generally charge the difference to the normal fare
